For more than 25 years, I’ve worked across the systems that deliver entertainment at scale, spanning Streaming, Theme Parks, Cable, and Cloud with multi-billion-dollar networks that support millions of connected devices.

Over that time, I’ve operated on all sides of the table. I’ve led and scaled engineering teams, worked inside AWS helping some of the world’s largest media companies design and operate cloud-based systems, and served as a consultative seller working directly with executives on high-stakes technology decisions.

Those experiences shaped how I see the industry. My perspective is grounded in how media companies actually function, how platforms evolve, how buying decisions get made, and where solutions break once they leave the pitch deck and enter production. I’ve led and advised initiatives focused on reliability, modernization, and delivery velocity, often in environments where change had to happen without disrupting the customer experience.

As former Chief Architect at News Corp, I was responsible for the platforms and architectures that supported large-scale publishing operations, content distribution, and digital transformation across global brands. Earlier in my career, I worked on high-throughput trading platforms in the financial services industry, where latency, resilience, and correctness directly impacted business outcomes.

I’ve also held senior roles at both Google and AWS, giving me first-hand experience designing and operating cloud-native systems at hyperscale. I’m certified across numerous cloud and AI technologies, but my perspective is grounded less in credentials and more in operating environments where failure is visible, stakes are high, and systems have to perform consistently under real-world load.

With over 20 years of experience leading enterprise data transformations for Fortune 300 organizations operating at global scale across North America, Europe, and Asia, I have led data-driven transformations that improve decision-making, modernize operations, and create scalable foundations for growth, helping organizations move from experimentation to reliable, enterprise-wide impact.

I have led the design of modern data platforms, established enterprise data governance and operating models, and aligned cross-functional business, risk, and technology teams around shared outcomes. I have overseen large-scale analytics and AI initiatives that required balancing technical rigor, regulatory expectations, and business priorities, ensuring investments delivered measurable operational and financial results rather than isolated pilots. I translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear executive decisions, scalable operating models, and practical use cases that stand up to board, audit, and regulatory scrutiny

Chief Marketing Advisor

With 18 years of experience leading marketing and growth across media, luxury, beauty, apparel, and education, I help organizations build scalable audience and demand systems that support long-term growth and monetization. My background spans global brands such as Swatch Group, DKNY, and L’Oréal, as well as disruptor-led businesses like Daniel Wellington—giving me perspective on both enterprise brand building and challenger-led audience expansion.

My focus is not on channels in isolation, but on how brands create, distribute, and compound attention. I lead integrated, top-of-funnel strategies across brand, content, PR, partnerships, affiliate, influencer, and paid media to expand reach, shape audience behavior, and build trust at scale. I’ve also partnered closely with established media organizations including Hearst, Condé Nast, and Meredith, aligning distribution, content, and commercial objectives across complex media ecosystems.
